1. How many levels deep does this program go?
Our program goes 5 levels deep. This means that you will receive payment for each person who signs up below you for up to 5 levels.

2. How will I get paid?
Member will be paid through Alertpay only

3. How much will each level get?
Level 1: $1.00
Level 2: $1.00
Level 3: $1.00
Level 4: $1.00
Level 5: $1.00

4. What is the minimum balance I must get before I can request a payment?
There is no minimum balance required. We pay monthly on or about the 7th. You can view your balance at any time through your control panel.

5. How long before I can start earning money?
You can start earning as soon as you sign up. You will receive all the link code you will need to refer customers and affiliates alike to us immediately.

6. Am I quaranteed to make money with this program?
No. We won't "guarantee" that you'll make money in our program. But we are confident that you will! You can also look at it another way: You're only paying a $5.75 per month membership fee and your getting ALOT of free advertising to advertise ANY program you wish! As a matrix program member myself, I enter programs based, in large part, on the value of the products received, and consider any profit I make from the matrix program as a bonus to my membership.

7. Do you compress your matrix?
Yes. The matrix is compressed once per month on the 8th day of the month.

8. How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please submit a support ticket using the contact form by clicking the "Support" button at the top of every page. Be sure to include your Member I.D. Admin will email you when this is complete. Although Admin will cancel your Alertpay subscription, you may also do this yourself. Please note that your account will be deleted IMMEDIATELY after we receive notification of your subscription cancellation. We suggest you wait until just before your re-billing to cancel your subscription. You can find out when your subscription will re-bill by logging into your Alertpay account, find the latest transaction for 5 Dollar Matrix, then click on the Reference Number under the "Reference Number" column. Then click on "View Subscription Details". At the bottom, you will see the "Cancel Subscription" button. Below that, it will show you the next date that your subscription is scheduled to re-bill.
